TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning an artwork you agree to said Terms of Service stated below.1. I accept image references - drawings, pictures, moodboards; text references if needed. If the character or pose is complex, I will add a fee to the price (not more than 40%).
a) a fee is also added with every character (+70% of the original price, lower for animals but depending on the type of an animal).
2. Keep your references and requests clear - please specify any doubts. If after finishing the artwork something crucial will be missing and you didn't inform me about it before, I'm willing to fix it with a fee (depending of the size of the change you're requesting).
3. WIPs (in form of a screenshot) will be provided to get rid of any doubts/errors in design (excluding colored sketch commissions). Changes to the artwork are acceptable during the sketch and coloring phase.
4. Payment by PayPal (USD/PLN) or bank transfer (PLN). Payment is required upfront.
5. Once the artwork is approved, no more changes can be requested.
6. I, as the artist, reserve all the artistic rights to commissioned piece. The commissioner is not allowed to use my artwork for commercial usage. I'm okay with personal usage (although credit would be appreciated).
7. I reserve the right to deny a commission if the subject makes me uncomfortable or doesn't meet with my own preferences stated in the "WILL DRAW" section.
8. I prefer to work without a deadline (I usually finish my commissions pretty soon anyway). However if one is required (f.e. caused by a birthday) I'm willing to come to agreement. I don't do deadlines shorter than two weeks.
9. The finished artwork will be provided via email or Google Drive link.
10. I reserve the right to update my ToS if there's a need to protect myself as an artist and you, as a commissioner.
